Meet the future of InfraBuild: Welcoming our 2025 graduates

InfraBuild is excited to welcome 17 talented graduates into our team as part of the 2025 Graduate Program! These new colleagues come from diverse fields, including engineering, data science and analytics, IT, marketing, operations, logistics, and supply chain.

On Tuesday, 21 January, the graduates kicked off their journey with a welcome session led by CEO Francisco Irazusta. Joined by members of the InfraBuild leadership team—Geoff Feurtado, Hilary Scott, Fran Nores, Shane Murphy, Sean Mannering, and Craig Byrnes—the session provided an overview of InfraBuild’s divisions and their role in our business.

Graduates gathered at our sites in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle to connect in person and online. The day featured insights from the leadership team and two guest speakers who brought a personal perspective to the event:

• Ben McCarthy, Operations Manager, Recycling
• Callum McVeigh, Electrical Engineer, Manufacturing and former InfraBuild graduate

Sean Mannering and Callum McVeigh, both alumni of the Graduate Program, also shared their professional experiences and offered practical tips for making the most of the opportunity.

The day also included tours of our operational sites, providing the graduates with a first-hand look at the dynamic environments they will contribute to.
