Francisco Irazusta

Francisco Irazusta

CEO and Executive Director

Francisco Irazusta joined InfraBuild in October 2023 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, and is a member of the Board.

Francisco has more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership positions across building products, manufacturing, mining, and steel industries globally.

Prior to joining InfraBuild, Francisco was Chairman and CEO of Spanish seamless pipe manufacturer and distributor Tubos Reunidos, where he oversaw the business’s return to profit in 2022.

Geoff Feurtado

Geoff Feurtado

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Geoff brings a deep level of experience built on his strong financial, operational and line background as an Operating Chief Executive and Finance Leader. His experience spans over 25 years in a range of industries, most prominently steel, having established his commercial and finance career in the airline industry (QANTAS) and Price Waterhouse.

Shane Murphy

Executive General Manager Manufacturing

Shane is an experienced Senior Executive with more than 31 years of leadership experience in large-scale mining and minerals processing and steel manufacturing, design and execution of transformational business strategy. He has a passion for creating and sustaining a culture of high performance and manufacturing excellence through people leadership, process understanding and a desire to deliver both short and long-term results.

Sean Mannering

Executive General Manager Distribution and Processing

Sean has more than 30 years' experience in the Australian steel industry across senior roles in sales, marketing and business development. Sean, who holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA, began his career as a graduate in the steel industry at Tubemakers of Australia and moved through various sales, marketing and management roles with OneSteel, now InfraBuild. Prior to his role as Executive General Manager Distribution and Processing, Sean was General Manager of ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company, for more than a decade.

Kaushik Narayan

Kaushik Narayan

Executive General Manager Strategy and Enterprise Services

Kaushik is an accomplished Finance and Commercial C-suite Executive with over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across different geographies and cultures in all facets of finance, incl. M&A and in business including customer service, sales, business development and IT. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has earned a reputation as a strategic and commercially focused business partner.

Craig Byrnes

Chief Human Resources Officer

Craig has over 15 years’ experience gained from a range of senior leadership roles across the services, mining and construction sectors.

Craig joined InfraBuild from Cimic, where he was their Chief People and Culture Officer. Prior to his most recent role, Craig – who holds a Master of Business and Commerce majoring in Corporate Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations – held positions as the EGM People at UGL, GM People at Thiess and GM Human Resources at John Holland.

Grant Schmidt

Executive General Manager Recycling and Transformation Office

Grant brings a wealth of senior leadership and executive experience as InfraBuild’s Executive General Manager Recycling and Transformation Office. His experience spans close to 30 years in a range of industries, notably a decade leading Human Capital practices in Australia after a 15-year Investment Banking and Private Equity career in the US and Australia.

Fran Nores

Head of Safety

Fran is an executive Health and Safety leader with experience in leading safety cultural transformations in global mining and metal organisations. He has a passion for achieving safety excellence and continual improvement in partnership with executives and operational leadership. Fran has worked in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Oceania, looking after health and safety at a global scale.

Hilary Scott

General Counsel

Hilary has more than 20 years’ experience as a Legal, Corporate and General Counsel.

She has previously worked as Acting General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for GFG Alliance’s Australian operations.

Prior to this, Hilary spent 12 years as the Corporate Counsel for Kin Group and Legal Counsel for Pact Group Holdings.

Peter Habib

Peter Habib

Head of Communications and Brand

Peter has almost two decades’ experience in corporate communication across employee and corporate communication, media and public relations, and reputation management, issues and crisis communication, with a strong focus on communication management and communication strategy.

Before joining InfraBuild, Peter was at Commonwealth Bank of Australia for more than a decade, leading communication teams across most divisions, and prior to this Peter held a variety of internal and external communication roles at Telstra Corporation.

Jon Lopac

Jon Lopac

Executive General Manager – Freight & Logistics

Jon is a freight, logistics and supply chain executive, with experience working across Australia and Asia. He has worked with freight and logistics companies such as Pacific National and Toll Group. More recently Jon held senior global roles with Xerox and prior to that spent 11 years with Australian steel manufacturer Bluescope in a variety of senior operational and supply, logistics and procurements roles.

Lige Donald

Group General Manager, ASI Channel

Lige Donald is Group General Manager ASI Channel, responsible for the Austube Mills business, along with wholesale sales across structurals, merchant bar, rail, pipe and tube. Lige joined in March 2018 and has more than 35 years’ experience in the steel industry and has held numerous senior leadership positions in our business, where he has focused on customer satisfaction, improved profitability, operational efficiency, and marketing and sales. Prior to joining Austube Mills, Lige completed turnaround programs in major businesses including Smorgon Steel, BlueScope Steel and Australian Pipe & Tube.
